Thank you to everyone and all your input. We are looking into ICSI for sure. I was thinking about using DIUI but now I think we should just go for ICSI. It seems like the most logical thing to do plus it would be DH bio child and I think that would make him happier.

Hey gals

Just wanted to let you know my husband and I are in the same boat!

He has antisperm antibodies post VR. Plus he lost a testicle during/post VR surgery making it even harder on him.
So now we have half the amount of sperm and the antibody on top of that.

It hasn't been a fun three years ...

Hi all you iuiers!

I am just curious as to what brought you all to your decision to choose IUI and whether or not you are using donors.

From what I have been reading IVF or ICSI sounds like a better decision although it is way more than we can afford I think it would save us a lot of heartbreak ...

I am just curious if any on you did icsi with looooow motility and antisperm antibodies present. We are trying to decide whether to use donor sperm IUI or bite the bullet and do the ICSI with my DH's spermies.

I AM JUST CURIOUS AS TO WHETHER YOU USED YOUR HUSBAND'S SPERM OR A DONOR FOR BOTH PROCEDURES (IUI AND IVF)?

WE WILL BE ATTEMPTING DIUI SOON BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD VERY POSITIVE OUTCOMES SO IT MAKES ME WONDER IF I SHOULD JUST DO THE IVF.
