Just wanted to share with you that the 2006 New York International Film and Video Festival announced that Technostorks - a documentary on the real life stories of couples coping with infertility and IVF - won the award for the Best Health Documentary.

I went through two IVF cycles. The first one my dh and I didn't talk to anyone. It was not successful and I was an emotional wreck for months. For the second cycle, we formed an "emotional support group" with family and friends. It was much better and the cycle worked!

There is a very good film on infertility and IVF. Tells you exactly what's going to heppan. Really helped me understand the process. Also good to show friends and relatives, so they don't say annoying things.
