Our doctor strictly forbade sex the day before IUI as it can cause infection or change the timing factors. I would heed his advice as my wife got pregnant from abstience the day before with IUI.

When the home pregnancy tests all read + you'll be glad you paid the money. Keep trying and give it time. 20,000,000-100,000,000 + to one odds eventually work in your favor.

Be patient.

The first 2 did not work, the third got my wife pregnant. Sometimes they need to alter the day of the insemination by a day or two, even if the calendar says otherwise.
