Baby prefers sleeping in arms

My daughter is almost 7 weeks old. Trying to get her to nap during the day is a challenge because she prefers sleeping in the arms of whomever is holding her. Hi Ladies--She's here!

My little girl made her appearance on Thursday, July 26 at 3:37 am. Olivia Jordan was born via csection and I have to admit, the section wasn't as bad as I imagined. We are both doing well. She is incredible! All the best to everyone.

shower ettiquette-what do you think?

My mother told me today that she is going to begin planning my baby shower. I told her that it's going to be small because most of my friends and some family have moved to distant locations. Do you think that one is "begging for gifts" if they"invite" people that they know won't come due to distance ...

My nurse told me that my due date is 8/6. My doctor says 8/4. I like to say that I'm due 8/4. It makes it seem a bit sooner. :)

Hey Lola-I'm doing pretty well. My wiggle worm is moving a whole lot. At first the little thumps were cute. Now that she is getting bigger and stronger, not so cute, but of course it is a welcomed discomfort! I have had a cold for the past few days. Trying to take care of that without excessive meds ...
