Hi Jackie,

I'm a speech therapist. The best thing you can do for him is to get his tongue clipped. All the therapy in the world will not help until he gets that lingual movement. I would suggest getting his tongue clipped and some therapy to work on some oral motor exercies and improve his language ...

Hi Wanna,

I too teach and got tested for Fifths and was immune. I never new I ever had it, but have been teaching for 8 years. Odds are if you have been teaching in an elementary school setting long enough, you are probably immune. Good luck!

Suzhan,

I haven't been one for a while and wanted to see how you are doing? Sorry you are on bedrest, but that is the best thing. My dr. was telling me last week that one I get past 30 weeks, that's a relief, because most babies born after 30 wks do great without developmental problems. I know ...

Hi Suzhan,

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. Luckily, the you are far along, and everything should be okay. Ask your dr. to do some bloodwork to rule out an infection. Hope everything is okay.

Hi there,

My lining was 13mm I believe. My dr. said that it was on the thicker side and might be a problem. I got pregnant on the first try. Don't worry..it's better to be thicker...if it was thin I would be concerned.

Good luck!

Hi Holly: I think what is most important is that it doubles on Monday. It's hard to say because some people start out with low HCG's initially and some higher. It could be low if the baby implanted late. Good luck to you and I hope it doubles on Monday. Keep us posted!!

Meg: I know it' nervewracking with the u/s but some develop later than others. At 6 weeks we only saw a very faint h/b with one baby and none with the others. Then, at the 7th week, they were all beating over 140...sometimes a week is all it takes!! Can't wait to you hear a strong h/b next week ...

Hi Vicky! I've been okay, just very tired. This whole process has taken a toll and I'm just drained. But, on a good note, the babies are fine. I do have three, and we decided to do selective reduction to twins. It was a hard decision, but we want to two to have a good chance in life. I go in Thurs ...
