dh had his SSR yesterday and they retrieved nothing we dont know what to do next... what options are there,is there any hopefor us after the devastaing result???

just saying hi really, ummm little about me, im 30 married and live in the uk,we are at the first stages of IVF, its all a bit scary isnt it?!?!?!
