My ET was yesterday morning and this is the first time I have been up and out of the bed in 30 hours! I was going stir crazy, especially since hubby had to work and couldn't be home with me. Congratulations on the BFPs!!!!!!!! You gave me chills reading your story about how you found out! I know when we find out, either way, it's going to be a moment we'll never forget. My ER went really well yesterday but this morning the dr. called and said only 5 of the 11 eggs were mature or ...

I am amazed that you just had your ER and already feel like being online! Wow, you're very tough! I am VERY SCARED about my ER tomorrow. I had my HCG shot last night and it hurt so bad. It was without a doubt the worst part of this whole experience so far. Everything up until that HCG shot was not ...

It is just so incredibly amazing reading some of the things you all say. I'll look back to see who the sender is, thinking it must have been ME a week ago and I just forgot about it! I guess we just all feel exactly the same way at the same points in our IVF cycles. As for constantly doubting ...

I am so so sorry for all you've endured but it made me so happy to hear you have a beautiful daughter now! As for your fear that the endo will cause problems with this IVF attepmt, my RE told me that IVF bypasses endometriosis and that it is the #1 recommendation for patients with severe endo who ...

IVF in February

Hey, everybody! I know there is a thread for people starting cycles in February but I couldn't find it... So I thought I'd start a new one and hopefully some one will reply on THIS thread. I am scheduled for egg retrieval the first week in February so I started my stims 3 days ago. The shots were ...

I am so sorry about your condition. You are the first person I have heard from whose endometriosis seems to be much worse than mine is. I am so so sorry you've had to deal with that. We had our IVF orientation yesterday and though I am scared, to say the least, after seeing all of those needles and ...

I've always had a problem with anxiety too but what I keep reminding myself after every procedure is that the fear of the unknown is always worse than the actual procedure, test, etc. I completely agree with everyone saying this will make you stronger. This is a dumb example, but I've always been ...

Is this your first try? My husband and I agree that we will only do two IVF cycles (so that will be two fresh cycles and two FET's) and then we will move on to adoption. We are relatively young to be going through this (under 30) and so we certainly do not have tons of savings at this point. So we ...
