I need webmaster/admin/moderator help, please!

For my job security reasons, I need to delete my profile from the site here, along with any posts I have made.

Having "googled" my name, this site was one of the places which comes up and, frankly, I don't need to have "just anyone" able to link my family situation with me.

I have looked for a ...

Beachbaby . Thanks for the info - much appreciated. I'm still at a loss as to why my wife is told to use the suppositories after she gets the eggs back. Surely it makes more sense to start the progesterone at the time of collection - particularly if overdosing is not a problem?!

Something to ...

IVFSwitzerland . Sorry I can't offer any advice or help but I DO know exactly what you mean. We started on the ICSI trail in August 05 with our first ICSI actually taking place in Feb last year. Ever since Aug 05, our friends and neighbours seem to have been multiplying like crazy!!

Even friends ...

mmc . I'm not sure exactly, but I believe "they" prefer you to have had at least three "normal" cycles after an ICSI before trying again. At least, they do at Hammersmith Hospital, London - it may vary at other places.

However, you're more likely to be governed by when there's an appointment ...

Wow, you ladies are busy in here - I turn my back for a moment and you're yakking away like crazy, aren't you? Yeah, I guess I should've learnt the traits of the fairer sex by now!

Sita . Very sorry to hear your news and although I can't possibly know what it's like to go through M/C ...

Ahem . . .

Sorry Fiona! The fence comments weren't directed at you! Actually, I was having a go at the author(s) of the article and the "between 1 and 9 years" mullarkey!

"Wires" and "crossed" . . . :?

Best Regards,

That's part of my point, Fiona . . . the details are too sketchy - 4 hours a week . . . over the last 1 to 9 years!

Hey, don't sit on the fence, will you?!

"Splinters" and "bum" spring to mind

Best Regards,

- Crash.

Meg,

Thanks for the link. Hmm - a tough one! However, reading between the lines, I get the feeling that " moderation " is the key here (as it seems to be with most things!)

I find it interesting to note that the exercise they're talking about (over 4 hours a week) has been done over a protracted ...

I don't want to build up your hopes only to have them dashed but stay positive!

I've heard of several occasions where the home test (urine) says negative only to have a clinic test (blood) return a positive. It's all in the hormones  Frankly, you'd do well to save the money for the home test ...

I just read an article online saying there is some indications that exercising during the months before IVF decreases your chances of success.

Meg,

I'd like to read that article! My wife likes to exercise and I'm concerned that it might not have done any good for the past ICSIs . . . I'd be ...

Hi Lynne ... I know df feels absolutely terrible about the whole situation. He doesn't talk about it, but I think this is because he's so upset and feels he's let me down ... I, however, see it as a joint issue, rather than anyone is to blame.

Hi,

I'm new to this site too and I've got a low count on both quantity and quality. We've had two goes at ICSI (unfortunately, unsuccessful) so far and looking at the next in June next year.

It's the first time I've heard of drugs being prescribed to increase the sperm count, or have I totally ...

Introductory "hello!"

48Crash saying HELLO!

At the risk of being labelled sexist with my first post, I realise that this forum is probably mainly used by women, however . . . yep, I'm a bloke and I'm not here to spoil any parties - quite the contrary, I'm on the hunt for information.

I've been married before and ...
