I t worked for me my two are now sleeping through from 7 - 7 every night and I don't have to leave them to cry themselves to sleep ...

don't worry about weight gain one of my friend with twin actually lost weight throughout her pregnancy as she was big tibegin with and her babies are just fine. they will be getting enough nutrition even if you are not.
