Re: AUGUST 2008 ~ BUMP BUDDIES

Hi All!

I almost forgot how to get here to this board. How is everyone doing? My Cody just turned two. He's still seeing therapist(s). He started walking around at 16 months. Sad to say, he's still behind everyone else his age. He's not talking yet. He understands everything that we say but doesn't ...

Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been MIA. Adjusting to a working motherhood lifestyle has been difficult for me. I've just had my son evaluated and I'm all stressed out about it. My son, Cody has not started walking yet. It's worrying me now. I've been made to feel like a bad mother. My son is so behind it ...

I still can't understand why she was implanted with so many embryos. Here in the state of Hawaii, it's regulated and no more than 4 embryos may be placed.

... besides, when we my DH and I did a consultation for IVF, we were asked a lot of questions especially regarding care for the baby and how our ...

Even when I was pregnant with a singleton, I was always asked if I went through IVF. I just smile and reply, "This is a miracle baby." ... and I leave it at that.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Mark, Cody and I are just going to stay home. He's cooking steaks on the grill. I'll be roasting red potatoes and making a salad. We went out one year for Vday while we were dating. It was crazy, crowded and service sucked big time!

Cody's now rolling from side to ...

After exhausting all of the Huggies and Pampers I got from my baby shower (I sure got a lot of the newborn and 1-2s), we tried the Costco diapers and Parents choice from Wal-mart. They both work well. I usually get the Parents choice because I live right across the street from Wal-mart.

Hi all!

I've been MIA but with good cause. Cody's been keeping me busy. He's been sleeping in his own room since day one. Lately, I've been having difficulty getting him to sleep at night. He takes a breast only to fall asleep. When he goes into a deep sleep, my DH or I will move him into his own ...

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed since I've returned to work. DH still treats me as if I'm still I'm full time staying home.

He royally screwed up dinner the other night. I wanted to call him an IDIOT but I couldn't because he was carrying a sleeping Cody. All I could do was go into the shower and ...

Aw ... nah ...

I wasn't offended. My DH and I have been married for 5 years.
My DH and I are at peace with having our "miracle baby". We've come to grips that we were career oriented and we settled down later in life. I am 40 and my DH is 44. DH is planning to retire in 14 years.

We have been ...

Aloha! I didn't have any morning sickness either during my pregnancy. None at all. So we had an easier time keeping our pregnancy a secret until 4.5 months along (after we found out the amniocentesis was normal). The only thing that I really couldn't stand was the smell of rice or meat(s) cooking ...

Hi Everyone:

We survived our first Halloween with Cody. DH wanted to dress him up as the blue M&M. Cody is now cooing and still kicking his legs plenty. They only thing that gets me is when he is sound asleep (really deep sleeping), he wakes up crying ... it's a scared or pitiful cry. I'm not sure ...
