I am 72 houts post et. My re instructed me not to talk for 24 hours only whisper and minimal activity for 5 days. I am also trying to eat foods with lots of folic acid. I am doing the prog suppositories 3x's daily and the patch. The staff said to act like and 80 yo woman with a bad back!!!

Going in for et tomorrow morning. 1 egg fertilized so we will be praying. any advice on what to do from anyone my re's advice is to act like an 80yo woman with a bad back lol...
