I'll tell you what, I really thing that anyone who goes through what we go through with infertility, IVF and all of the complications that can arise from it, never stops being nervous. I'm now 13.6 weeks pregnant from IVF and I get that sick feeling every time I go in for an ultrasound, as I worry ...

I didn't spot or bleed at all during implantation or any other time. I read all about everyone having various symptoms during implantation, and before they got their bfp. But I'm not 11.5 weeks pregnant (IVF) and except for a little heartburn and being tired I still haven't had any pregnancy ...

Unfortunately I am not going through the same thing you are. However, if I were in your position I would be as upset as you are. Considering what you're trying to do for yourself and your husband money wise I think I would hang in there as long as you can. They can't fire you for going to Dr's apts ...

andrea- Congratulations!!!!! That's fantastic!!!!! How excited are you tonight. :)

Mine was a similar number, I'm not looking at the paper where I wrote it down, but I think it was 4200 ish. Crazy huh!

My next apt is an u/s in two weeks. I'm dying to get to that point now! I don't know how I'll ...

I didn't have cramps right away after et, but with in a couple of days I did have mild cramps off and on through out the 2ww. I still have them occasionally, although it's less now than it was before.

I'm now 5wks pregnant. So hang in there, I think it's different for everyone.

crinone 8% gell - progesterone cream

Is anyone else using crinone 8% gell? I was switched to that from the progesterone shots after I got my bfp. The issue I'm having now, wondering about is ...

It's a cream that I use vaginally at night. The problem is that I now have to pee three times a night give or take. And I'm concerned that I ...

Thanks, I'm not counting on twins yet. I'm just happy that I'm still pregnant!

There were 4 days between my first and second beta. The first level was 175 and the second was 659. The site I use to see about the beta scores is this one. http://www.betabase.info/

I'm not positive what my due date ...

andrea - are you nervous about Friday? I go back for another beta on Friday too. But they had me come in today for one also, my beta was 659. The nurse said she thinks it's twins, but it's a bit early to tell. And beta isn't a good way to diagnosis that anyway, at least not what I've read. Because ...

lightcoming - my heart goes out to you and your DP. It's just not fair that you should have to do this so many times. :(

You know I read that the reason that donor egg cycles are so successful is because you aren't putting your body through all the craziness of an ivf cycle before doing the ...

At this point I kind of wish I had more symptoms. You know, just to verify that it's all really happening. But if I did have bad morning sickness or something like that I'm sure I'd be singing a different tune. :)

My RE told me what you've read, no intercourse, no orgasm after ET. But it's to protect your ovaries not about the potential baby. I honestly wouldn't worry about it much unless it's caused you to feel uncomfortable, or sore in any way.

I really don't think you can hurt the baby at this point, but ...

andrea - Actually at the moment I don't feel that different. I have to pee all the time, but I always have to pee all the time. I've had some mild cramps that don't really feel like other cramps that I've had in the past, but that's about it. Oh, and earlier in the week I kept having sex ...

My HCG level was 175, I go back on Monday and then again next Friday for follow up bloodwork, then in three weeks for the first u/s. I was so nervous when they called I was shaking! I don't know what I'm going to do, but DH and I are going to go celebrate!

AF after IVF

For those of you who have had failed IVF cycles. How long after transfer or removal did you get AF? Was it the normal time as in other cycles, or longer? I'm right at the point where I'd normally get AF but I haven't yet, I don't know if I should take it as a good sign or if it's irrelevant since ...

Congratulations andrea!!!!! I think you can definitely consider that a very positive thing! And no more headaches, that's great too! I'm surprised htey are making you wait so long before your second beta. I guess that's a good sign, unless they always do that. I'd think if they were concerned about ...
