Sorry to crash ladies - read regulay but don't get much chance to post !! Sunshine just wanted to send hugs and I had 3 bfn from textbook grade embies and got my bfp from a fet with lower grade embies - keep the faith !! And a fet is a piece of cake compared to a fresh cycle xxx

I did no bed rest after any of my cycles just took it easy - 3 bfn 1 bfp with twins !

Mellow I flew day after transfer had ed cycle in czech republic. And am from uk and got my bfp !!

No bottle warmer here either breastmilk is classed as room temp so when went to formula just gave them at room temp never heated it at all in fact if water had not cooled enough when made the milk up boys would not drink it warm !! Figured bad enough up feeding two in the night without faffing ...
