I am still having cramps although not as bad. With the IVF I had some spotting so I was sort of prepared for the result. No spotting ...

I wondered if anyone can help. We have just done our first fet following a failed ivf in august. I am 4dp3dt and have cramps like af is about to appear. Is it too early to be signs of af ? Could it be implantation ? Really stressing as desperate for it to work this time. Opinions greatly received.
