my ET went very well. they transferd two grade A 16 celled embroys, one in which was compacting already. my dr came in with his surical clothes on and at the same time the dr that helps the embroys along the way came in and that went through his chart talking about which ones were the best. he quietly said something about one doing better that the other, they also said something about a couple of 14 celled ones. after the transfer i was a bit confused so i asked again, he said the embroys they transferd were both 16 celled but one was compacting, i asked what that meant they said after they divide for so long they finally compact into one. this is a very good thing. then my favorite part of the procedure was the embroy dr said your gonna have a boy and a girl!!! ( which was exactly what we are hoping for) i said can you tell allready? she said no, girls just advance quicker than boys!!!! that was icing on the cake for me. i got a big kick out of that, of course my dh didnt think that was very funny. we have pictures of them ill down load them later. oh b4 we left my dh took along a picture of his late father and a piece of his clothing to be with us, we both cried. so we are finally in our 11 day wait. we find out 3-1

Hello,
I'm new on the board. just did my first IVF/ICSI after 5 failed IUI. Just on the first week of the wait, my test is due March 2nd. The wait is awfull, one moment you feel so positive the next you start planning what to do if it failed. It's hard not to look for symptoms... How do you all cope?
Well I still have a long week full of imagination to go.
I wish all of you waiting the best of luck! [/img]
