Cla, that's great news, congratulations!

Guys it is over for me... not even one embryo to transfer... I find it harder than to get a BFN after the 2ww. It's like i was not even given 1 chance.
I will connect from time to time to see how you guys are doing. I dont think i will be coming that much as i think it is going to be too hard.

I dont know what will happen next. I cant give up the idea of having children at only 23. I will let you know!

I want to thank you all for your support and your help, you are ALL great girls, and i really hope that you will get the BFP that you deserve.

Take care, lots of love

Oh My God Souris,

What happened??? I do hope you don't give up for good. Maybe some time out and as you have said you are only 23. You have at least another 20 years before it's over. I feel for you.

Macca,

I had 5 mature eggs, but the doc guess that all the sperm were dead...
Dh and i are thinking about adoption, and i know that i will love my child the same as if it was"mine",but i am affraid that one day i will miss being pregnant and giving birth. Being a mum has been my goal since i am 15!!
Dh is against donor sperm, and as you said, i have another 20 years to try, but then i will have to change DH as he is already 52...

I am a bit lost at the mo, i guess still in shock. i need a few weeks rest, and go back to dh (i havnt seen him for 4 weeks now).

Thank you and take care

Souris - I'm so sorry. That really sucks.
Please do not make any hasty decisions. Take some "me" time out first and be kind to yourself.
We'll be here when you're ready to talk.
Huge cyber hugs

Hi Souris

I'm sorry you've had this shocking news today.

You say dh is 52 as though he's on his last legs .. ! A man's sperm can continue to father children much much later than 52 .. My dad was 58 when my brother was born ..

I'm not trying to preach. My df's sperm has improved a lot through a full 100 days of no smoking, no drinking, healthier eating and Marilyn Glenville fertility vitamins.

If you haven't already read Zita West's 'Fertility and Conception' you should give it a go. It will give you the help you need to make changes for the better.

You must feel absolutely gutted right now, so the first thing you need is a break and to enjoy yourself for a while. You're only a spring chick at 23 - time is on your side.

Take care

Jen - I can't believe it - identical twins!!!!! Fantastic news!!!! Are you having pg symptoms yet?????? How did you feel when you saw those tiny heartbeats????

Good news for me - 4 out of 4 embyros defrosted successfully today, 2 ''nice'' ones and 2 ''slightly damaged but may recover fine'' ones. So, ET tomorrow at 1:30. I was convinced they would use all 13 embies and have none make it so a sense of relief for me this evening. Hoping that they make it over night!
