Hi Ladies,
Congrats to our recent BFPs!! I hope to join you tomorrow...
Sad hugs to our BFNs. There's probably not much that can be said to make you feel better, but hang in there. Your time will come.
I've been off caffeine for about 3 years, since we started trying. Reports about its safety during conception and pregnancy are mixed. Better safe than sorry!
I'll let you all know my results as soon as I hear anything!!

Maryjane, I'm so very sorry for the negative news. Wishing you all the best as you continue this journey. Hang in there!

Ash,
I don't know if this book is available to you in India (or perhaps through Amazon.com): Fertility and Conception by Zita West. She also has a website -- www.zitawest.com. The book is a wonderful resource for anyone trying to conceive -- naturally, or through IVF, and she has fantastic nutrition tips.

Decaf coffees and teas are to be avoided because of the chemicals used in the decaffeination process (that was the hardest for me to give up too!). I have been drinking "coffee" alternatives -- here in the UK there is a brand called "Barley Cup" as well as some dandelion coffees that are sort of close to coffee (and taste great as a latte if you warm a little milk along with it).

Good luck on your tww (I tried my best to stay in bed as much as possible, but was sitting up a lot and also ventured downstairs to lie/sit on the coach occasionally as well).

Hi

So sorry to hear about the BFN's - your time will come, just keep the PMA going - it will happen :)

sml, Angela, Sandra and Eminde - sending you all loads of PMA for the 15th - bring on those BFP's :D

Not sure how the others on the 2WW are doing, but its killing me!! I can't believe I still have another 3 more sleeps before I test, I feel like I've been waiting forever!! I just want to get it over with now and find out one way or the other. I have very few, if any symptoms - only very mild cramping every so often. I have got a little bit of backache but I'm now wondering whether I'm imagining that!!

Thanks guys for your reassurances & advice.

Will take up herbal tea. Regarding the Zita West book have heard a lot of it so maybe if this does not work...

well only 5 more sleeps..surprisingly holdin on well. I think my real fear begins post BFP.

Cheers,
ash

PS - have been bumped off the list .... :?

I would just like to apologise for disappearing and not posting my support to the recent testers.
I "popped" into A&E on Thursday last week to just check I was ok as I had had stomach pains, and they kept me in.
I have got moderate OHSS and they have only just let me out today.
Everything else, i.e hgc levels, are fine so it is nice to be home at last.

Karina, Paula and Maryjane I am so sorry to hear it is not your time this time. Please don't give up hope as you will get there. I know it's very hard but you must stay positive.

Good luck to all testers in the next few days.

Looks like I am definitely slipping into March testing. After 7 days of stimming (150iu) I have no follies and endo is only 5mm!!! More mad then sad. Puregon has been upped to 225 and more changes maybe once I get blood results back. This is going to be a long ride! :D
