I also conceived first time and like you thought it was too good to be true. The first scan is going to be the first hurdle of many as you find different things to worry about each week !!
Trust me when I say that you'll probably find you will relax into your pregnancy as the weeks pass. I know that's not much help now but what I used to do when I was worried was to think about what the alternative could have been ie. planning another course of treatment, and that used to do the trick ( for a while, anyway ! )
I know these first few weeks are tough but hang in there - you will get through them and then you can start to enjoy the wonders of being pregnant.
Will look forward to reading all about your scan in a couple of weeks
The 2 week wait until the first scan is almost as much torture as the 2 week wait for testing.
The only avice I can give is to try to keep yourself occupied as thinking and worrying about it makes you go crazy. I hadn't realised just how worked up I had got about it all until it came to the date of the 6 week scan. When I saw that little heartbeat ticking, I burst into tears and cried for about 10 minutes. I'm sure the sonographer thought I was completely bonkers. It was just such a relief. That tension had obviously built up ALOT.
Hang in there and good luck.

I can't really add anything to what the others have said - just keep talking to that little person growing inside you and believe me those days will pass...
I got pregnant on our first attempt as well. I do feel for you as I went through the same feelings you did. Just be sure to eat healthy and take care of yourself. Best wishes with your upcoming scan and many to follow.

Congrats on yuor fantastic result - I agree with all thats been said - I found this wait far harder than the 2ww. Try not to worry though - it will get easier and go quicker as the 2 weeks progresses,
Good luck,
