Hi Caz, I take Marilyn Glenville's fertility plus and have done since last September. After 3 years of TTC I fell pregnant 3 months later(but it was ectopic) and then 6 weeks after that (unfortunately miscarried). I was about to start IVF when I fell pregnant the first time - so when I went into the ACU to discuss things she asked me if my routine had changed at all and I mentioned that I had started taking fertility supplements she asked if they were Marilyn Glenville's because she had heard good things about them and people who had been trying for a long time finally getting pregnant. The website if www.marilynglenville.com and you can order the supplements on 08705 329 244. They are quite expensive - but if you add up how much it would cost to buy all the vitamins included in the supplement it would work out a lot more. Hope that helps! Dolly

HI DOLLY REALLY INTERESTED IN READING YOUR MESSAGE TO CAZ, I AM ONLY TAKING FOLIC ACID AT THE MOMENT. I AM DUE TO START IVF TREATMENT NEXT FRIDAY, DO YOU THINK IT WOULD STILL BENEFIT ME TO GET SOME AND TAKE THEM, OR HAVE I LEFT IT TOO LATE?? HOW MUCH ARE THEY?? HOW MANY DO YOU TAKE?? I too have started taking Fertility Plus in preparation for my next IVF (due to start in the next week or so). I have had one failed attempt of IVF and it was on the recomendation of my Clinic that I start taking Fertility Plus for Woman for this attempt (there is also a Fertility Plus for men, but as it is me with the problem we opted just to go for the woman's ones). I started taking them about 3 months ago, but I am sure they will help if you take them at any stage of the treatment. Marilyn Glenville also has a fantastic book called Natural Solutions to Infertility which I would strongly recommend. I can't remember the exact amount that they cost, but £30.00 for a months supply sort of rings a bell. If my next IVF works it would have been worth every penny. Good luck. Donna XXXX

Hi Marteen, I think Donna is right and they cost about £30 for a months supply (2 tablets a day), but I usually buy 3 months supply and also buy the mens ones - so it is difficult to know exactly how much they are. They also recommended that I take 1000mg of Linseed Oil once a day (I buy those in Holland & Barrett). I don't think it is too late to start taking them - they can only do you good. Their delivery is pretty quick so if you wanted them before you started treatment it shouldn't be a problem. Is it the down regging you are starting next Friday? I am on day 6 of stims and am due to go in for a scan on Friday and EC and ET next week. Love Dolly

Hi Caz I took fertility plus for about 5 months before my 2nd round of IVF treatment - I'm now 22 weeks pregnant with twins!! As someone else has already said, I started taking them after reading her book, Natural Solutions to Infertility. It's really interesting. I also took 1000mg linseed oil and topped up the Vitamin C amount as well - it gives a "standard" recommendation in the book. Lots of luck! Helen xx

Hello everyone, I can't believe I have never heard of these before, and am really cross with myself, as I am hopefully going in for et today or tomorrow. I have been taking pro-natal multi-vit for years (literally), as well as zinc and flaxseed oil (which is gross, but if it helps!). If order some today, do you think it may just help that little bit more? Any other advice from anyone re supplements etc etc??? Thanks! D x

I RANG THEM THIS MORNING AND ADVISED IT IS GOOD TO TAKE THEM ABOUT 4 WEEKS BEFORE TO GET THEM IN YOUR SYSTEM, BUT YOU CAN TAKE THEM AT ANY TIME, THEREFORE I HAVE ORDERED 2 MONTHS WORTH, AND I WILL GET THEM TOMORROW WHICH I WILL START TAKING IMMEDIATELY. Hi Marteen, When I phoned up to order some more last time - the lady on the phone also said that they recommend you take extra vitamin C and Linseed Oil (Flaxseed oil). I think anything is worth a try! I take 1000mg of Linseed Oil and Vitamin C once a day. Take care Dolly
