Need Information

I am a British Citizen living in the US. We have numerous infertility issues and must use a DE. My wonderful niece recently offered to donate eggs to us. So I contacted a clinic in Glasgow, since it would be easier and less expensive for us to come to her. They told me we would have to appear in front of an "Ethics Committee" and couldn`t give me dates on that, which makes life pretty difficult since we live in Wyoming! Can anyone tell me what this is and if they had to see this committee also....any info would be sooo appreciated

erm dont quote me on this but i would imagine they would want you go in front of ethics commitee because of the fact that it will be your nieces eggs obviously you share a blood line i dont know if you have thought of that
so i guess there are ethical questions that would need to be answered first
