2 Week Wait

Well, where has this thread been the whole two weeks??? I test in two days and now I finally find this very helpful thread! Typical for me.

So glad to read about some of the other symptoms. Now I don't feel so insane. I too have amazing gas, mucosy discharge, no sore boobs, no big boobs, twinges in my ovaries and uterus. Feelings of my period coming have left completely, which makes me feel good. Hope it's not a false hope as I had resigned myself to having a -ve and was dealing with it quite well.

listen charlie has been having belly pains bit like af pains for about 4 days since et on mon and she had spotting friday but has stopped now today sat so were thinking was that an implantation bleed?????? has it worked we are pretty convinced it has but obviously im worried incase we get our hopes up too high wot do you all think does it sound like it could be implantation???
how are you all coping too????

Charlie & Richard,

I had implantation spotting on my 1st two IVF cycles, both times about 4/5 days after ET. Both times it only lasted for 1 day and both times I was pregnant.

Good luck, I think it is a good sign she is having these.

Sounds like it could be imp bleeding - my spotting got gradually worst, so if its stopped now sounds like a good sign!!

hey guys richard again
so now wot do we do?? lol we are feeling very positive after wot we hope was an implantation bleed (you would almost imagine we had done a test and it was possitive)
but it might not of been and in that case are we setting ourselves up for a big fall later??
charlotte actually wanted to go look round mothercare earlier lol ( i must admit i was very tempted myself too
like i say we are very possitive at the moment im just concerned that we could be in for a big fall!!!

sophie sorry ya test was neg but hey come on now you tested early didnt ya you gotta keep possitive and wait till ya correct test time got my fingers crossed for ya good luck all

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading this for a while know. I just had 2 embys put in Friday 02-17-2006 and my test date is 02-24-2006. I have been reading sytoms you all are having and it is concerning me because I have not had no symtoms what so ever other that a sore but due to the prog shots. This is my 1st ivf. I only have one ovary and they got 8 embrys which 7 of them fertilized. He said 5 was a grade 4, and 2 was a grade 3. Whatever that means. Maybe I dont ask enough questions. Well anyway I have to just wait until the 24th.

Madiva - those who have symptoms worry about having symptoms, those who don't have symptoms worry that they don't have symptoms. Don't worry - having symptoms and not having symptoms appear to be perfectly normal around here!!!!!!!

Hi Madiva. i hope you get some more pma soon.

As you may have read, so many different women have so many different experiances during their 2ww, so no symptons could be a good sing, were as i have had all the symptons in the world telling me that AF is on its way.
So dont worry!

How come you only have to wait 8 days till you test, you lucky thing, most women have to wait 14 days.

Have you had any symptoms? I have just got achy sides, occassionally and a sore back, but i believe these can be caused by the progesterone. Only 5 more days for me

Hi sue..symptoms...dont talk to me about them....since day 2 of ET ive had cramps,late evenings, am sure im getting AF, sore boobs, worst at night, and just fed up!!

Hi Shell,

Just nervously waiting, only 4 days to go. i think hubby is more worried than me!!! at least we have 1 more fresh cycle on the NHS left so the pressure on us is not too bad, (would be if we had to pay for it). Im back at work so most of the day im busy, which helps. this time we have hardly told anyone so i dont get numerous texts asking how things are.

Is this your first try? What area are you in? How did you find your injections? On my fresh cycle they were so easy compared to what i was expecting and i hardly had any side effects only a few minor hot flushes at night.

Hello Everyone,
I'm just 2 days from my test day and it's driving me crazy.
Today I'm starting to have some pain in my ovaries and of course I thought it could be py period, so every time I go to the loo I'm scared I might get some bad news.
I just want my test date to arrive (March 2nd) These have been the longest 2 weeks of my life.
The wait after my 5 IUI was much easier, I really don't understand why.
