Spotting 6 days after ET?

If anyone can help me, it would be very much appreciated. I have just found some bright red spotting on my knickers and am not sure if it is my period (which is due now) or just implantation bleeding. I think it is a bit late for implantation bleeding this far into the 2ww??? Also, i have had some af type cramps,, but does not feel as strong as it usually does.

can anyone please give me some advice??

Fiona, if it's implantation bleeding, it will be short lived - maybe only a few hours and not heavy. According to Zita West, breakout and implantation take place 5-7 days after ET (sooner I think with blastos). I'd say your timing looks pretty good

Girls who get AF during their 2ww tend to get it quite a bit later, about 3-4 days before test day.
