August cycle delayed!!!!!

Well we went into Kings today with all of our drugs ready to prepare to start next month only to be told that they had delayed our cycle by one month (FOR NOW) as one of their embryologists has left!!<br><br>I was stunned, very cross to be told like that and am now feeling like it is all a bit of an anti-climax. Nothing we can do, just got to go with the flow (I expect that this will be just the start of the many hurdles we will face) can't help but feel frustrated at all of this going on before we even start. It will make things akward at work as well as I am a college lecturer!<br><br>Sorry to whinge, just got to get it off our chests havn't we!!<br><br>Hope everyone is well,<br><br>LOL to all<br><br>Lorraine G

hi lorraine<br><br>i completely understand you frustration... same boat myself.<br>I was supposed to start treatment for my second go (isci this time) with my last period and when i called my consultant he said that i only need a short protocol this cycle and to give him a call when aug af arrives and ec date is 23rd sep (all being well!!)<br><br>i think he has messed up his appointments as i teach as well as was expecting ec end aug!!<br>sometimes it feels like one knock after another. Maybe we can be cycle buddies for aug?<br><br>keep your chin up .. it will all be worth it in the end.<br><br>lol hayley
