ttc is "trying to conceive" and ve refers usually to the pregnancy test. -ve is a negative result (or bfn) and +ve is a positive result (or bfp)

i just got back from a wonderful second honeymoon ...
i spent four hours getting my hair done.
normaly i go around with my hair in a pony tail...
they highlighted it and cut it.
had some wonderful food that i didnt have to cook...
just got back home last night..

we werent blessed with our babies to raise here but we our blessed with our grandaughter
and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives
and i am glad to add that our 6th grandchild will be born this spring!!!!
