Hi Tinaviju,

I used to go to Fremont Kaiser. But I changed to Stanford. Kaiser, they started only last year and the insurance doesn't cover. If you still want more advice, go to this forum. It's more location specific.

Hi Tina,

It really depends on what your insurance coverage is. Sometimes Kaiser will cover 50% of the costs for the 1st 2 IVF's. But again it all depends on your insurance plan.

Like my insurance does not cover anything for IVF costs, not even medications.

It covers upto 4 IUI's.

Hope this helps.
Me- PCOS
IUI - Aug 03 -ve
1st IVF - Oct 05 / 2ww - Nov 05 - Failed due to OHSS
Final IVF try - Jan/Feb 2006

Hi Tina, Stanford covers ivf depending on your insurance and the company policy you have. Talk to the insurance coordinator. I heard in kaiser you have to pay like $11000 whereas in stanford, nothing for 1ivf and 1FET.

Good Luck
