DOWN REG

Post by Baby Dreams »

Hi

Just a quick question. I start d/r tonight. When will I get a bleed and is it likely to be heavier than normal?

Thanks

Hi Sharon,

When I was down regging in Dec last year the clinic told me that I had to have a bleed b4 my baseline scan - it was similar to normal AF and around the same sort of time, maybe a bit less painful.

Hope this helps

This may be a little bit too much information, but I had a hideous period during my down reg.

It was so heavy I leaked everywhere at work. Really embarassing and it came on all of a sudden. I had to walk around with a jumper wrapped round my waist to stop anyone seeing! It also lasted a long time.

So beware, take lots of pads with you to work! I have learnt for next time!

GOOD LUCK!
