Hi all

just a short post today as feeling really down today. It is now day 7 of 2ww. Had to go for blood test today to see if I have ovulated but hospital didn't say when I get result, if I do. Abdo still feeling tender and feel like I have put on a stone in the last week.

Off to console myself with chocolate and a cup of tea in front of the fire.

Hi sweetheart, sorry to hear you’re feeling low but try not to worry too much, it doesn’t sound like you have anything to worry about. I’m very ignorant on the IUI procedure so I’m a little confused as to why they test you in the 2WW to see if you’ve ovulated??? Did you not have an LH Surge before the 2WW?

Anyway, just wanted to send you buckets of PMA, lots of sticky dust, wrapped in big fat ((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))

I don’t drink alcohol (never have done), yes being English, I’ve received over the years, a lot of flack for that but up until recently I would have what I call my “Night Cap” and all that consisted of was a large mug of Hot Chocolate topped with an inch of whipped cream, always made me feel better, no matter what type of day I had, give it a try, I promise it works.

Hope you feel better……..Brad sends his love

thanks your your kind words. I am not sure why they are testing either. I didn't have to do the LH test before the IUI but did have scans. It is a little bit confussing but the nurse wasn't very helpful at the hospital. Just kept going on that with my tubes previously being blocked and DH sperm not being 100% procedure probably wouldn't work. I nearly pointed out that if everyting was ok with us both we wouldn't have had to go there.

The chocolate was nice, the only problem is now I want more. Still got to pick myself up as have to go down to work soon with a smile on for the customers.

Hope everyone else is well

Wow girls, great to see you all on the thread. You can jump in and out of here anytime you like, as far as we’re concerned everyone’s welcome.

Angela – Sending you tons of PMA sweetie, I know how depressing it can get but just try and think to yourself it’ll be alright on the night!

Nickimark – Well done with your move and starting a new job. Gosh, are you up for the Wonderwoman award or something?? Sending you lots of PMA and a little luck for your clinic appointment today, let us know how you get on.

Lisa – Sweetie I know you’ve had a rough time of it of late. Don’t worry, we’re always happy to hear from whenever you feel like it. LOVE those Greek Islands! you are so lucky to be going to Skiathos! Good luck, with the 2lbs a week, we’ll be cheering all you weight losing chicks on. Re: Man Utd, does that little hot Portuguese dish (Cristiano Ronaldo) live anywhere near you?

Traci – Okay girl today’s your day and we’re dying to know how it went. I’m sure everything was perfect. Let us know and give big hugs to hubby for his valiant efforts :)

Eminde – I love this pit stop too. It has allowed me to enjoy what is essentially a tough period of time. Enjoy Norfolk and have a portion of fish and chips for me.

Jan – Has your Surge happened yet?

Latest Celeb tidbits..
Apparently, as Brad might be going back to work Angelina is now looking for a new babysitter…….does anybody know the telephone number for Daisy Wright? – (Jude Law’s Ex babysitter)

Jan – Hi sweetie, what’s the news on your Surge?

Re: Angelina, give me a break! I blame Brad 84.9% for bailing out of his marriage, however, that little harlot’s contribution does not go unrecognized, so a taste of her own medicine would be good.

Anyway Brad may not act like a “Typical man!” under the same circumstances. On the other hand, he'd just probably be a bit more discreet, as he was with Angelina :P I'm sure Jude Law only admitted to his “indiscretion” because Daisy claimed he was great in bed and he wanted the world to believe that was true. If Daisy had said he was a crap shag, he probably would of denied ever seeing her before in his life!

Alright ladies...need some expert thoughts here...I am totally baffled. It's day 16 of my cycle and I think I'm starting AF??

This is so wierd...I've always been so regular. Before we started IUI in Nov, I tracked my cycle for a full year, and it was always between 25-28 days. For the first two IUI I was still regular. Then in Jan, I started AF on day 24...the shortest cycle I'd ever had, and really no signs (which is wierd for me...usually have PMS headache, backache, sore boobs, etc). We had last IUI on Feb 5th and started AF on Feb 16 (full 28 day cycle).

So now, I have no idea what's going on...hmmm?

I12b: I think I'll join you in the "alien life force has taken over my body" club...!

Ah well, will keep you all posted...!

Jan – Hi sweetie, I would think under such extreme conditions it’s quite normal for our bodies to act abnormally (if you know what I mean). I know IUI is not that invasive but this will be your 5th procedure in a straight go. Maybe the fact your body has not had a pause from this procedure in almost 6 months, might make it a little less predictable. I am grasping at straws here sweetie, I’m sorry I can’t give you a “good” answer. I think the IUI girls are probably better placed to advise but if you’re really worried call your doc tomorrow morning, so they can put your mind at rest.

Just wanted to send you ((((((((HUGS))))))) and let you know I’m thinking about ya :)

P.S. When your supposed “AF” last arrived, you mentioned that she was here for a day or so then disappeared, maybe that was just some abstract bleeding and not proper “AF” and this is the real thing….Who knows???

P.P.S. MLG – Nice to hear from you …. Btw, I love cold plain milk any day of the week :) Have a good weekend

Hollywood gets crazier by the minute……

As I’m sure you know, Meg Ryan had an affair with Russell Crowe in 2000 while she was still married to Dennis Quaid (she admitted it on a recent Oprah show). Well, Dennis is quoted to have genuinely thanked Russell for shagging his wife while he was married to her, as the humiliation of learning it from the press, pushed him to file for an overdue divorce….Has anyone in Hollywood heard of talking through marital problems, before offering contents of underwear to first bystander????

Hi all hope you are all well. Jan, have things settled down now. Hope you are still on for IUI tommorow.

Feeling more positive today. No results from the hospital so I guess they use them for next time to prove I ovulated.

The weekends are our busiest times at work so can't post much today.

Sending you all loads of PMA and look forward to catching up with all your good news next week.

Hey all!

Well, I'm relatively sure I started AF :? . I12b, I think you're right...my body has been through so much turmoil that it's reacting. I'm thinking I likely had a chemical pregnancy at some point either last month or the one before, and everything is just levelling itself out again. So, I'm going to go ahead as if this is AF and then start monitoring for my surge again around the 12th...so a couple of weeks more for me to wait!

Niccy--dying to hear from you girl...keeping everything crossed for you!! Lots of sticky baby dust coming your way!! :D

Angela--sounds like things are moving along great...PMA-PMA-PMA coming your way!

Hope everyone else is getting along fine...will write more later. Picked up the latest "People" today...will let you all know what the latest word is..
