Hi Lucy, jp, Lil P and Smita - thansks for lovely messages and reassurance re. nipples etc! Not tmi at all - very reassuring, thank you. Have had visitors this weekend so am a bit tired but looking forward to my private meet with Head midwife tomorrow - this is because of disastrous antenatal class and failurte to get in on fully booked hospital tours! After teats and tantrums (off me) I've been invited in to put my mind at rest which is a great help because I was starteing to experience a feeling of terror about the birth - not the birth itself but the fear that I didn't trust my hospital completely.

Anyway, speak to you all soon,

love and hugs, Cherylxxx

That's brilliant - fingers crossed that you come away feeling totally reassured - goodness only knows you've waited long enough for some good news.

Take care and let us know how it goes.

Hi LilP - hospital visit was great - we wee told some right rubbish at antenatal which simply wasn't true so am feeling much releieved now. Facility was lovely and the midwives really helpful and I am now looking forward to it again - well apart from the pain! Any more news on your little mini one!?

Oh Cheryl

That's fanastic - I'm so pleased that you've had your mind put at ease. You definitely don't need anything else to concern you at the moment.

Lil Mini Me is as stubborn as ever - beginning to think s/he is nestled in there for the duration

Oh well, nevermind at least I know that s/he has gone full term and all possible development has taken place - my Midwife said that it is better to be this way than too early!!

Hope you are taking care of yourself and having some rest breaks from those essays when you can.

Hi Cheryl

Just want to wish you all the best as your due date approaches. Your baby would be classed as full term if born from 37 weeks! Isnt that amazing? Im glad you are feeling better about the birth after your hospital visit. I know you were worried about milk production and just wanted to say I had nothing at all until Jenna was born. Following my milk coming in I now have the opposite problem!! (You've all this to look forward to!!!!)
Take care
Love Kim

I'm definitely in a food mood - my mums making me pancakes today cos she was away for pancake day - mmm can't wait. Has anyone else had a sudden surge of cravings late in pregnancy?

Cheryl

My "late" craving was chocolate. Usually I never eat it as it makes me really ill and I actually don't like it that much - they say pregnant women are strange!!! :?

I love pancakes - enjoy them.
