Hiya.

I know its very late but could you add me to your march test date list please?

I am at home resting today trying to pass the time & I stumbled upon this site. I am feeling pretty stressed at the moment, I had a 3 day 2 et & for the last week have been getting crampy pains although they have eased off over the past 2 days. I fear the worst & aren't feeling very positive about the blood test result on wednesday. Is it normal to still get pains, yet still be pregnant? I would really value your views on this.

Tara,

Lots of ladies gets pains and still go onto get a BFP, sometimes it is your ovaries getting back to normal after treatment and othertimes it is the progesterone which can also give aches and pains, so you really never know. Wishing you all the best, there is still hope

Hello ladies

It's all go for my IUI on Thursday. A bit upset as only have one follie despite having Clomid. My chances of this working are a little over zero! Hey ho. Assuming test date is 14 days after IUI that means 23 March for me to test.

Hi everyone, How are you all getting on. Well it is now day 10 of the 2ww and I can't believe how slowly the last 10 days have gone. For the last couple of days I have had really sore breasts and on one you can see a blue vein under the skin. I am having very mixed feelings about this. Part of me thinks it could be the first sign that things have worked and I am heading for a BFP. The other side of me is worrying that this is a side effect of the meds and that I am heading for a BFP. I just want the waiting to be over and to know one way or another. AF is due on Saturday but the clinic have told us not to test until 18th. Not sure if I can wait that long before I test, but then worried that I will get a false result.

I really sound mixed up at the moment but I am sure you will all understand.

As I keep blathering about (to anyone who will listen!), in New Zealand in the funded cycles they only EVER transfer one embryo in a cycle in woman under 39, and whilst it had felt frustrating for me, they do it because the stats with SET are good and really dont look much different to DET. I wont preach % at you though! Am obsessed by them, but I know they are very helpful always! So your chances are totally great!!! Kia Kaha!

Angela - congrats, I saw from your other post its looking very BFP like! Tell us when you get the bloods!

Tara - hope your hanging in there! My clinic told me cramping is completely normal, its often from progesterone which you body uses to support pregnancy

Hi all,

I had my test today & was very shocked to find that it was a BFP!!!! I was convinced that it hadn't worked because I have been getting pains so was extremely shocked when I was told it was positive.

I've got my 1st scan booked in for 3 weeks time so I am trying to stay positive that all will be fine. Please, please, please could you all send me positive vibes that everything will be fine.

Good luck to all of you on your 2ww at the moment, I know its a really hard time, but try to stay positive, my thoughts & prayers are with you all.

just to update you if you have not seen my other post but AF arrived today so BFN for this time. Although I am devastated that it hasn't worked this time we are going to try again and have an appointment at the hospital on Friday.
