Just a congratualtions on your 40 weeks message - my sister was due yesterday and has just called me saying her contractions have started so maybe that will get things going!
How nice of your midwife to visit you at home! Anyway - good luck and really hoping that you two become three by tomorrow afternoon - well this week anyway! Love Vicky

I don't think anything will happen today, but at least I know one way or another it's going to be within the next 14 days.
I do have loads of energy still and feel great so I really am very fortunate. My Midwife will be seeing me again at home on Thursday and Friday if nothing has happened. She is so lovely!!
Wow! Your due date today! I remember when my due date came and went thinking 'This isnt right, I cant go overdue!' I felt nothing happening, then it all kicked in the next day. I shouldnt really have been surprised that Jenna arrived on the 19th instead of the 17th though. She was born on her great grandmas (DH's grandma) birthday. A lot of his family are born on each others birthdays/anniversarys. Weird lot(!!!)
Take care
Love Kim

The Midwife did imply that there would definitely be no action today - I think if it's going to happen this week, then it will be towards the end of the week or during the weekend!
Will have to persevere with my exercises and just keep hoping and praying. Either way, not long to go and Lil Mini P will be joining us.
You have brought such a big smile to my face - it's your time - I can't believe where the time has gone. You were over with us on the 40+ thread last year cheering us all along and dishing out oodles of PMA every day without fail and now you have been blessed with the arrival very shortly of the most prized gift. I am so happy for you and will be watching your progress over the next few days. Here's to a nifty labour!!
I can only echo Sharon's words Little P. You've been such an amazing one-women-support-machine!
Enjoy the last few days as an independent person. Enjoy deciding what you want to do and when. Enjoy nipping to the shops, taking showers, going for walks, making phone calls when YOU want. As totally adorable, wonderful, kissable little things babies are (and they are), they do rather turn everything on its head and your life is suddenly not yours at all. Not for years!!!
Thanks again for all your support. My new scan is 13th, today's went fine, we saw the sac in the uterus - albeit too early for a heartbeat, so I can stop worrying about ectopics at least.
Looking forward to hearing all about your baby's safe arrival on the other side, yes the 3rd side!!
hugs
Debra

Apologies - have only just realised what's going on with you - CONGRATS to you and DH - finally a +ive. Wonderful. Feel like I am trespassing on this thread but couldn't help peeking to see how you are all doing. Take care.
I shall heed the warning and make the most of each day, doing the things that I enjoy the most - like long soaks in the bath, guess those days will be disappearing soon!!!
I really hope that it is not too much longer to wait, but at least I know that it will be this month!!
Debra - fantastic news about the scan, I'm absolutely thrilled for you and DF - the first hurdle for you done and dusted - CONGRATULATIONS!
I wish you every success with this pregnancy and can't wait to be sharing your news...
No news as yet - there's one thing I can say, with each day I get more and more excited as I know one way or another the end is getting closer - hopefully though I won't have to wait too much longer!!
