Hi, ladies :) I can't believe I am actually joining you...time has flown...but I will be 28 weeks tomorrow. I have been feeling great, just a little tired. I just found out that my iron is a little low. So, that could have something to do with it. Let's not forget the weight I'm carrying around on my belly  I go tomorrow for my Rhogam injections as I am RH negative. Has anyone else had this? Where do they do the injection?

KC, I thought I would see you over here...hopefully I'll hear from you soon :)

Little P, you must be ready to go if you haven't already?!

Hi all,
Joy, 2.5 kilos is about 5lbs 5 ounces...1 Kilo is 2.2 lbs
Brandy,
welcome to the last leg.. enjoy!

Update on dhruvaa..

She is gaining weight now, but slowly. She is now 6lbs 4 ounces approximately- I keep worrying whether my feed is enough for her as she still looks so tiny..cant believe she is 24days old today!time flies huh? She is a joy to behold and I keep gazing at her..Thankfully, she is not fussy at all, just awake a lot at night, just lies there and stares at everything around her as if discovering something new..Its lovely to watch her and I cant thank God enough for my miracle..

hugs to everyone,
wishing everyone of you the same joy I feel every second of my day.

I'm here....I'm here....

I think I have officially crossed over!

I passed my gestational diabetes test, blood pressure is in check, babies are moving all the time, so things couldn't be better for us right now!

I am snoring at night, have mild swelling and beginning of lower back pain, but hey - I'm almost done being pregnant!!!!!

In fact, as I type, the girl seems to have hiccups. The boy hasn't had them yet, but Maggie gets them a few times a week now. It feels like a mild muscle twitch for about 2-3 minutes. :)

Nice to see all of you over here. I'm glad I can join you.

Welcome KC - congrats on joiing 3rd tri - things will really whizz for you now. When will you both be delivered? Do they bring it much further forward for twins? Smita - I missed yuor earlier post a minut ago - Dhruvaa sounds gorgeous - can't wait to hold mine. DH is a little better - thanks for asking, how is your DH? Are you back home now or is he with you? I've lost track of how quick you were goiing home after birth. Can't believe she is nearly 3 weeks - wow that really has flown. Dhruvaa was so dainty too - what a little treasure - thanks for reassurance re. scans - I'm sure it was wrong because my midwife's measurements have been so different to the scan. I'm so glad things are goiing so well for you after all the anxiety you had about fluid levels and being separated from DH etc. You deserve every happiness you're getting - this is your time to just relax and enjoy your amazing gift,

love and hugs,
Cherylxxx

Hi CC and everyone

I am having an elective c-section at 38 weeks 4 days, on the 18th of april. They only do elective c-sections on tuesdays at the hospital i am going to and they wont do a section before 38 weeks. So i will have the good friday (easter) long weekend and then i go in for my section. Unless my babies come early and give mummy a break, any time after 37 weeks and i will be happy. I am messuring 43 weeks at the moment so its really hard to lug my tummy around. I went to 42 weeks and was induced with my daughter so i feel that i have already paid my dues to the pregnancy gods :).

I hope everyone else is going well and arent too uncomfortable.

Best wishes
Jaymee

Wow - a definite date to work towards that's fantastic. Mind you, with twins I guess they could come earlier than that.

Hope you are ok

Hi ladies

sneaking on your thread to ask a practical question:
I have put on no wieght, but have a big bump and big baby :D doc reckons it's because I hve shed the extra artificial hormones and water, so not worried. I am not thin as 5'10" and 80kg.

My problem is I have a biggish bump (so no waist anymore) but a thin bum, and I either have below the bump knickers that fall down  or above the bump knickers that are either too huge at the moment or cut into the bump...

how did you solve the panty problem in mid stage???????

I wonder what Angelina J does???????

all advice greatfully received!!

hugs
