Hi Ladies, it's the weekend...hurray!
Sue-e great news on your levels. Good to see all is going well for you. x
Has anyone heard from Tracii? Hope you are Ok and 2ww has commenced!
Cal, hope you have a great time in Portugal.

I had my appmt with the dr today instead of Monday. I brought it forward as I had some slight spotting this morning. Only day 15....what's going on? Anyway I have a lovely follicle (22mm) on one ovary and.....yes.... a 35mm cyst on the other! ARRRGGGHHH. Am hoping bleed is due to cyst and is not full blown AF. If it is AF am on for another month of waiting. Can't quite believe this. Am booked for another scan on Wednesday to see what's occurring. If not full blown AF then hopefully it will arrive in two weeks and we can go ahead with short protocol. IF the cyst ruptures itself great, if not I will need another cyst aspiration before I can proceed. Phew. Thank you for listening to my ranting! SOOOOO fed up with this !! :(
Heather and Eminde, how are you. Hoping hte days are flying by for you. Not too long now.

HI girls...went AWOL for awhile...it was pretty rough and I really, really got away from it all. I had ec and they collected 2 eggs..on Saturday I got the news only 1 fertilized...I was devastated and snuggled with DH in bed the entire day. I then figured that because they over-supressed me the 1 embryo would be total cr@p - and I gave up on it and started planning next steps (even looking into donor eggs)...well Wed. I went for ET...and the doc just smiled at me and said 'this is a perfect blastocyst'....I cried tears of happiness. I know there is alot to be done like hatching and implanting...but I finally got good news.

I have first bloods on Tuesday. I also went to acu today to help with implantation. As I was waiting a woman showed up who I also shared the pre-op room with - we just smiled at each other and I said 'I hope we see each other at kindergarten.'

I am living life pretty normally...just not going jogging. I will catch-up on everyone's news...just wanted to pop my head in before the weekend started.

Big hugs, Traci

Hi Girls,

Well this 2ww is driving me slowly demented!!!! Last night i noticed a pink smudge when i wiped, and convinced myself AF was about to rear her ugly head. Luckily, she's not shown, so i'm feeling a little more positive. Just can't wait till the 15th!!!
Got pregnant with IUI triplets in March 04. One triplet stopped growing at 9 weeks. Gave birth to twin boys in Sep 04, Ciaran sadly lost his fight. Brennan's thriving.Looking to give Brennan a sibling soon.

Hi All,
Soory I've not been around since my BFN. It's hard to keep up with all your news so apologies for not greeting you all personally.
I thinl I'm just about ready to get back on the horse now. Off to see the consultant on Wednesday and I hope he will give the go ahead for April/ May start.
I went to Holland and Barret the other day and bought all Zita's recommendations. It came to £50.00. I nearly expired! I know it will be worth every penny though.
Tomorrow is Dh's grandaughter's Christening. I'm not looking forward to it. Thankfully I have to work for a couple of hours in the afternoon, so will miss most of the party. Being surrounded by his kids and Grandkids all day may just be a lttle to much for me. I'm going to resolutely keep my chin up.
Congrats to all you BFP's and tons and tons of Baby Dust to all those going through treatment. Image Image Image Image

Evening Girlies,

Well...things aren't looking too good at the moment. I've had some spotting throughout the day, and it's been mostly pinky and dark red in colour, so, to be honest, i really don't think it's worked for us this time.

It's not 'flowing' if you see what i mean, just there when i wipe myself sometimes, and i think myself it's just the cyclogest pessaries that are keeping AF at bay.

Keep hoping that i could still be pregnant, but realistically, it's not looking good. Had a good cry this afternoon, and am now feeling numb, mostly. Hubbs hasn't said much, other than if we are going to try again, then we need to start saving.

I just don't know what to do now. With hubbs permission, i'm gonna be testing every day from tomorrow till weds, my official test date. Just can't see it being positive. Am trying to think that perhaps it's an implantion bleed, but it's a little late for that now - it's more me wishful thinking.

I'll keep you all updated, with how things work out - you've all been fab, a real source of strength and support, but i guess i just need to lick my wounds for a while. Love to you all xxxx

Heather,
Keep your chin up! It is okay to lick wounds and have good cries now and again. LOL and prayers are being sent your way.

I am just annoyed with the off and on cramping I am getting. I feel so confused because one minute i think it is cramps and the next I worry that I am having another bout of constipation (sorry, i know that is gross).

I was so proud of myself tonight because at the grocery store some lady that I didn't know said "You like you have a family" and then started blabbing about a sale. I didn't even bust out into tears or punch her in the face :D!

Hang in there Heather! It is great that your husband is willing to try again, that is if it is even needed. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. My husband is a financial planner and looks at everything in terms of what is most cost efficient, etc. He really doesn't feel as though we can justify doing it again when the sure thing to do would be adopt. I just NEED a BFP on Wed.

Well, I better get back to writing report cards :(

Nice to catch up with everyone after my break. It was lovely to be back in the UK again and see my family. Came back with a very heavy suitcase after going mad in the shops!!

Unfortunately I had spotting then bleeding on Saturday but it only lasted 24 hours. I would like to think it's implantation bleeding but is it not too late being 10 days after ET?? I would really like to know when implantation bleeding typically takes place - does anyone have an idea?

Sue - am really smiling for you. Only 1 week till your scan - wow!!
Heather, Stacy Marie - hope you are both OK and surviving this awfully long wait. I think these last couple of days will be the worst for us...
Lynne - good luck for Wednesday. Hope you get the go-ahead. It will help to make you feel so much more +ve.
Anna - good luck for Wednesday too. Am really hoping it's not AF - any more waiting will probably drive you demented. It would me.
Cla - have a fantastic break, won't you.
Sophie, Christine - good luck for your tmts. It must feel so good to know you can start soon.
Souris - nice to hear your update and that you've got an appt date to look forward to.

Hi to all the New Year buddies! Hope everyone's OK.
