hi cheryl

Hope the accupuncture went well, if it works for you then that is my next plan.
Don't worry about the engagement thing according to the old faithful obstetric textbook some babies never engage until labour begins and others can sit fully engaged for weeks with nothing happening. It's also very subjective as to who palpates your abdomen and also other factors like position of baby and even how bloated you are can affect how engaged the baby feels.

Fingers crossed your little one will be joining you very soon, keep us posted.

Thanks guys, info on engagement is really helpful - you've made me feel a lot happier. My acupuncture got moved to tomorrow so I'll let you know if I have any reactions. Then see consultant on Friday so hopefully things will start to move soon. Hope everyone else is feeling great - thanks so much for the support - I really do appreciate it

Thanks Little P, I hope I get a similar outcome - maybe just knowing the induction is booked will be the push my little one needs - I really want to avoid a medical induction if poss. I'll have to get serious move on to make another March baby though, still maybe Jacs will get hers out for march!

Thanks Danica - I would love an April Fools baby now but unfortunately I've been told today that I'm well off labour - head has only just engaged (2/5ths) and cervix is tightly closed so doc says no sign of labour yet. I've got an induction booked for April 7th so at least this time next week I should be in labour (fingers crossed) - it really is annoying waiting so long, it's driving me mad!!!

Love to all

Thanks Lil P, Kim and Jaymee - I would like it to happen asap only because I'm so uncomfortablwe and swelling up like crazy however I agree Jaymree that 7th is very pretty date and would love to be baby birthday buddies with you so I'm happy either way. Wonder how Jacs is getting on? She might be delivered by now - that would be good.

Love to all,
Cherylxxx
