Not only am I new to IVF, I am also new to message boards. I have been using the internet for probably 8 years now, but have never posted. I do not know what any of the initials or terms mean that I see on all of your posts. I would like to start posting, because I am in the middle of my first IVF cycle and need a place to vent/ask questions/talk. Thanks!

I just joined today as well. This seems like one of the most helpful and supportive sites that I have come across.

I am just starting out on my first round at ivf. Very long cycle. Started buserlin daily to close me down on 25 March. Need to do that for over 2weeks. My first scan to see if i can go to the next stage is on Tuesday 11 April. If that goes well then i can start on stimmies.

Trying just to take it a day at a time

Sorry meant to say - Go to the General Forum - at the top of that board there is a whole thread about abbreviations that is really helpful if you are new.

There are also lots of threads where you can join an age or time group where they seem very welcoming and you can join up with cycle buddies.
