CAN ANYONE HELP?

IF AFTER HAVING A HYSTERECTOMY AND BEING LEFT WITH ONE OVARY, CAN THAT ONE OVARY PRODUCE HEALTHY EGGS TO BE USED FOR EMBRYO CRYOPRESERVATION, IVF OR ARTIFICAL INSEMENATION IN A WILLING RECEIPENT, ALONG WITH THE PARTNER'S SPERM?

I believed as long as u have ovary regardless if its one you still have a chance to produce or get pregnant. I know a girl with one ovary and she got pregnant and now has 2 kiddies. Just dun lose hope. Both of my fallopian tubes had been cut out and still i didnt lose hope and been trying IVF which is the one and only way to get pregnant and here I am 23 weeks preggy. Advice- Dun lose hope. U'll get what u want when the right time comes.Gudluck!
