I haven't booked an appointment for my follow up yet. I got a BFN last night. Was really hard to handle.
I wonder if anyone can help me and give me a few pointers as to what I should be asking these people. I know they'll probably ask me to try again.
Does anyone know of a good educational site that talks about factors effecting implantation, etc.

Am I allowed to ask on this board which is the best clinic for the over 40's? Anyone, any ideas?

Kacey,

Sorry to hear your treatment turned out with a BFN. It's not fair, when you have had to go through so much.
I certainly would ask the clinic why they had not advised you of such ridiculous high costs before hand. I'm still shocked. I could have nearly 3 goes at ICSI for that. Some of these IVF clinics are cowboys.
I think sometimes it is hard for them to tell why it didn't work. It could be an implantation issue or an embryo issue. I think it's only when it happens a few times with maybe different grade embryos, that they see a pattern clearer.
I really wish you luck with your appointment.
