Seen your posts re:spotting and negative hpts. Take no notice of them whatsoever!!! Must have posted a gazillion times about mine - but to reiterate - TWO negative hpts (16 days dpt) and still a bfp! Best of luck for Sunday!

Thanks girls for starting a thread for me but i started spotting again today and its all over now.
Doc said its common and to wait and still test on Sunday but i can't see you can bleed nearly every 2-3 hours and get a bfp.
Don't know where we will got from here. I feel awful, sore tum and terrible backache. This is exactly what happened last time, two days before and i start to bleed. This time we thought it was going to be different as we had a few good signs, but it's not to be.
We are so devastated and if we try this again it will be the third time and we have to self-fund again. We want a baby so much and there is no reason for it not to work so why is is not? How many times do you try and continually get disappointment ?

Jen I can understand that you may feel helpless right now. But you haven't tested yet so you don't know it is over. Spotting is so common that I don't feel like you should give up hope. Especially if your doctor said it was normal.

Jen,

I want to share something with you that my doctor told me.

I am in the US and at my clinic they give us the intra musclar prog shots.

I dont know what kind your using but m Doctor told me this when I asked for the Gel due to the fact that I can barely walk from the shots some days.

The Reason he does not give out the vaginal Gel Progesterone.. Is because 37% of women have bleeding before their pregnancy test day and it freaks them out. He said that even though 60% of them still test positive on the test day.

So please let us know what kind of progesterone you are using.. and Take a deep breath.

I know it is scary and upseting to think about it not working, but just take a deep breath.

They were progesterone supposatories (sorry wrong spelling)

Those are basically the same as the Vaginal Gel.. I am sure he was talking about either of them.

Just give yourself a chance until your test. I am cheering for a BFP for you!

Thanks girls for your good wishes.
Well i hardly bled last night and today there has been about 3 spotting sessions but they are about 4-5 hours apart. Had lots of shooting pains in my tum this morning but they've gone again.
This cycle is so different from the last and at first i thought this was a good sign but we have been trying to come to terms with a bfn coming our way. I know you guys keep saying lots of girls bleed but i can't see how this amount of bleeding can result in a bfp.
We will probably try one more time for our bundle of joy but its so hard to keep going through all this heartache.
Catch up with you tomorrow. Am still praying for a miracle.
