Well girls,

We finally went for our appointment - I can't believe how nervous I was!

Anyway, the result is we are provisionally booked in for June/July although I have to get my FSH levels checked again just to see what's happening on that front. That, of course has made me really anxious - it was 10.3 3or 4 years ago, so realistically it could be worse. I've been so stressed at work lately and that is playing havoc with my monthly cycle, so I'm sure that may affect things too...I think we'll go ahead anyway - we were given the option whether to test again but decided to do it anyway, might as well have all the facts...

Anyway, plan to keep in touch this time. Have the laptop now set up so can come on when watching telly!

Hi Nicki,

I'm all over the place at the moment - but should still be going for June. I've not had the courage to ask for the FSH test levels back. The clinic said they would only write to me if it was over 10 - in my heart of hearts I know it can't be less that it was 3/4 years ago at 10.3 so that suggests to me that my test has gone missing either from Drs to lab, or lab to clinic.... I'm not normally an avoider, but seem to be at the moment.

As for June, I teach and in my planning I wanted to start towards the end of June. But, I've was so stressed at work in Feb/March and it played havoc with my cycle. To top it off, the early loss of old blood has started again so I think the endo is back. This month had some old blood at 22 days (I was having 24 day cycles over recent months ), but no fresh as off yet (day 26). Anyway, it' s all put me wrong and it looks like it will be a couple of weeks earlier than I'd planned so I may have to take time of work... forgotten what all these decisions were like...
