Hi Caty,

I know what you mean - you feel the need to start preparing the defenses early, just in case........

Even so, look after yourself over the weekend and I'll keep praying for a miracle!

Hey Caty,
I know how you feel - I tested again this morning - another -ive. I really don't feel as bad as I did yesterday. DH wants to start our last FET right away - I am just sick of going thru this. But I want to make him happy too. I just want a normal life back too!
Well it's not over officially til tomorrow for me - maybe I'll get a surprise BFP but I really doubt it!
Good luck everyone else - let's end the month with some BFPs!!

Anything > 2 mIU/ml is considered a positive pregnancy...Here is a good website to look at...

http://www.conceivingconcepts.com/learn ... s/hcg.html

Here are the normal ranges - which you can see are largely scattered:
* At 14 DPO, the average HCG level is 48 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 17-119 mIU/ml.
* At 15 DPO, the average HCG level is 59 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 17-147 mIU/ml.
* At 16 DPO, the average HCG level is 95 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 33-223 mIU/ml.
* At 17 DPO, the average HCG level is 132 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 17-429 mIU/ml.
* At 18 DPO, the average HCG level is 292 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 70-758 mIU/ml.
* At 19 DPO, the average HCG level is 303 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 111-514 mIU/ml.
* At 20 DPO, the average HCG level is 522 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 135-1690 mIU/ml.
* At 21 DPO, the average HCG level is 1061 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 324-4130 mIU/ml.
* At 22 DPO, the average HCG level is 1287 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 185-3279 mIU/ml.
* At 23 DPO, the average HCG level is 2034 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 506-4660 mIU/ml.
* At 24 DPO, the average HCG level is 2637 mIU/ml, with a typical range of 540-10,000 mIU/ml.

Hello Everyone

Congratulations to Addison, that is great news!

Thanks Mel P for popping in to see how I was doing and to Jen for being very sweet! I can't believe the lovely messages from everyone. You are quite right, it does actually make me feel less alone, the fact that you all seem to understand how I feel.

I'm a little calmer today. AF is here, so no need to test tomorrow. I'm not even going to do one. I think I need to 'let go' of this cycle.
We're going to take some time out over the next few months and see if anything happens naturally.... it happened before, it could happen again. Then in August we have an appt with a new clinic with 50% success rates. I think if nothing has happened by then we will do IVF #2. But I really think that might be it.

Thanks ladies for being there. It really, really does help. I think I'm going to wean myself off this board over the next few weeks and really try to pretend I am a totally normal, unscrewed up, fertile lady with a lovely DH who will get me preggers no problem. I will pop in from time to time, but need to get off this treadmill for a bit for our sanity.

You lovely ladies are all very special and brave. Keep smiling

xxx

Jamato,

Thanks that is great information, it just goes to show that even a hpt that tests from 25mIU showing a negative, could be a bfp if a typical bfp range starts from 17mIU. It gives hope to alot of ladies who do a sneeky test that shows a negative. :D

I am not going to do a hpt, I don't think I could handle the outcome, and I would rather wait for the official one, fingers crossed that I get that far.

As for these strange cramps that only come when I walk around, I think I am going to do what my body is trying to tell me to do, and sit or lay down this weekend.

I'll be praying for you! I know the feeling - wanting to get back to normal and not feeling like a infertility monster on hormones! :D

 Hi girls

Bec - Glad to hear you have a plan and are trying to move on. You know where we are if you ever need a chat. Pop in sometime and let us know how your getting on. Good luck and enjoy the practising :wink:hope a bfp is coming your way naturally.

Well i feel better today, have decided i just have to pick myself up and move forward. It has been a help going to work and trying to think of other things. I can also sit on the loo now without panicking
Am going to visit my Dr in the next 2 week and hopefully can try again in July. First i have to have to a scan in a few weeks to check my cyst  has gone on my left ovary. I'm praying it has or they are going to operate and that will delay our next cycle. More worrying, does it ever stop???????
Does anyone who has had a cyst know what usually happens? Do they usually go on their own or is it common to operate?

Thanks girls

Hey everyone - it's another BFN for us. I was prepared with the 2 -ive HPTs I took so DH and I hugged and cried and said - looks like it will be the two of us for awhile.
Financially, we are done - there is no other option for us right now. So we will just pray and hope someday God will make a way for us later on in our lives.

Good luck to all you lovely ladies!
I'll stop in every now and then to see how things are going!

Love,
Allison

Allison,

I am so sorry to hear its a bfn, I was really hoping that your hpt tests were giving false negs. Please don't lose hope, you are still very young and you never know whats just around the corner.

I am sure that you will get the family that you have dreamed of, its just sometimes we have to wait a liitle longer to get it.

Take some time out for yourself, you deserve it.
