I am so sorry to hear about your bfn

I completely understand not being able to afford the procedure again. This was my one time this year and possibly next too. I told dh that I would get a part time job to pay for another IVF if I had too. I already work full-time as a teacher but I would be willing to deliver pizzas for IVF money.

Hi,

It looks like I didn't manage to get to the finish line, started my AF today, so I am expecting a negative result.

I am gutted but, I will pick myself up, dust myself down, and get on with life and I am glad I gave it a go. Everything was against us, high FSH 17.4, only 1 embie fertilized but, at least I had the dream for a while.
Thanks for the wonderful support you have given me, I will post my negative when its official tomorrow.
Our 18 years of trying have ended now, and I am trying hard to stop the tears as I am writing this.

Bless you Sammylou. I hope by some miracle but I really can't see it. I did one yesterday and it was negative. I didn't bother today. I will have to do one on Tues before I call the clinic. Thanks for your supoort! Good luck for Wed for you!! There have been a lot of negatives recently we need some good news here!

Hello new friends. Five days to go before the blood test. Had three embies put in Monday a week ago. This wait is excruciating. I am praying for a good outcome. This was our first attempt and my husband says it will be the last. He had to do hcg shots for four months due to mfi. Thank goodness for ICSI! I have a daughter from a previous marriage that will be 16 in two weeks and she is NOT excited about the possiblity of sibs. Anyone have experience with this? I am hoping she will come around.

I am so glad to have found this sight. It is comforting to know I am not alone.

You'll find loads of support here!

I don't have any experience in other children BUT I do remember being outraged when my mum announced that there would be a new arrival when I was about 13! I got used to the idea over time, and when he turned up I was smitten (if a little disappointed because I was sure it would be a sister and he turned out to be brother number 3). I had even knitted 'her' a bonnet which my mum was kind enough to ensure that my new brother wore in his first photos, much to his consternation nowadays!!!!

When is your test date?

Well i have been fine. Have now got past my BFN and am ready to start again. Will visit the Dr in the next week or so and hopefully get a date.

Hello from Texas again...
The weather here is cloudy with a cold front coming in...supposed to be in the 40s tomorrow so no need to be jealous of the weather here gals!

My blood test is this Friday morning 4/28. Please keep me in your prayers and I will do the same.

My heart goes out to all of you going through this. It sure helps to have a way to get through it by communicating with you all.
