Sammylou Good luck tomorrow- I am also going for my beta tomorrow doctor moved up date from 3/28 becuase I called yesterday to tell them I am only getting very faint positive since sunday, not increasing in color, I told them I have test at all different levels of hpt--- so they are pretty sure this one did not take.
Well my question is does anyone know when I should start AF- I am on Estrace 2mg three times/day and progesterone 100mg shots daily, my last E2 level 197 and P4 level was 65- 6DP5DT? I have been having AF cramping on/off. Does my progesterone level need to drop?
Also just for any hope, anybody with low rising betas and if so what were the days past ovulation.

Sorry, i can't help with your qns about the hormone levels as my doc monitors them in different unit i believe as my numbers are very different.
My hcg figures started relatively low. my 1st test was at 13 days post egg retrieval/fertilisation. It was only 3. Then it went up to 20 at 15 days, and has been about doubling every other day since. I'm due for my 1st scan today... keeping my fingers crossed that everything's ok!

As for my questions, I have been doing some research on the net, states usually AF will come after progesterone level falls below 15, wow 15, and mine a few days ago was 65, sounds like it is going to take awhile for it to fall, errrgh, I just want to get it over with and start again, I also read it usually takes 3 cycles before they will try again.
