Hi i had bad sinusitis in my pg and used olbas oil. I dont know if you have that there but another thing the doctor told me to do was have a hot shower as all the steam clears your nose. It worked for me

I've had a stuffy nose the whole way through, just another of the side effects of being pg for me.

Ask your doctor about a spray called Ocean. My doctor had told me to take this, instead of my allergy medications. It's suppose to be just salt water. And since I fust found out last night that I'm pregnant I have to watch everything I use.
Good Luck to you

I also have had a stuffy nose my entire pregnancy. I chose not to take anything for it, but rely heavily on Breathe Right Strips to keep me from breathing through my mouth or snoring (so my dh says). It helps me sleep a whole lot better :)

stuffy

Thanks girls- I am still stuffy but just bought the Ocean spray and vicks humidifer to see if they will work. My doctor will allow for me to use plain old Afrin if I need to.
Thank you for your inputs!!
