Hi,

Im a little worried as i seem to be getting a dull ache/pain in my v...... area, I know it could be blood flow, but the pain go slightly inside and i not quite sure if this is a normal symptom.

Honestly - I do not think we will ever stop worrying. I guess it comes with impending motherhood.

I am 7 wks 6 days and I have had cramping from the very beginning. It has decreased quite a bit lately - but I still get them every once in awhile. I have been assured over and over that this is completely normal - especially if you have never had a baby before. A lot of it is due to your uterus stretching. I get aches and pains in that whole area - uterus and below - and both ovaries. And I just had a scan 2 days ago showing everything is great.

Don't worry too much - sounds like you are normal to me! :)

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for making my mind at ease, i will try and stop worrying but it is so difficult sometimes. I have my 8 weeks scan on monday ( 2 days early), so hopefully I can talk to the midwife then.

I just find it so hard that with the hospital i was with, once you have completed your treatment, thats it and trying to get someone to talk to you is a nightmare. Everyone needs reassurance now and then.

All the EPU clinics in the area are referable only, so fingers crossed for monday.
