My DH took Proxeed - not cheap but definitely helped out. You can order it from their website. I also tried (stress on the tried bit) for DH to eat healthier - and more nuts (not roasted or salted). Also have lots of wookie
cut down on drinking (found it hard to stop)
cut down on caffeine
took zinc, vitamin C, linseed oil, l-carginine and was about to start l-cartinine when we got a bfp.
he had a slightly low morphology and I have pcos.
My friends dh had very low morphology and his went to normal within six months of just taking zinc! they have a newborn baby now! they had been referred for IUI but did it on their own with zinc!
I hear that acupuncture can help too.

We're trying a multivitamin (Vitabiotics Wellman) as you need to increase selenium and zinc levels. Zita West also recommends DHA which is an essential fatty acid. I don't know if either work yet as we're on our first go...

No hot baths, saunas or tight clothing in the nether regions. Cotton Boxer shorts for underpants. My husband was also told no smoking and to cut down on the drinking.
Its been a struggle for him. It's not just us girls that have to make the cutbacks.
Dh took 1000mg vit E daily on drs advice for 3mths and it raised his motility from 5% to 30% he also took zinc, l- cartinine, vit a,c,d, calcium, magnesium, no hot baths, boxers, stopped smoking , cut down the alcohol etc etc i took a load of multi vits as well, drank 3L water a day and took baby asprin throughout the icsi treatment - its worked twice !!
