I have been lurking around for a few weeks, decided it was time to introduce myself and share my story. I have already learned so much from all of you. I am very grateful. I am about to start my first IVF and I am scared to death!

I am getting ahead of myself, my story, short and simple. My DH was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in June of 04. We were able to freeze some, but not much, there wasn't a lot of time. He went through a year of chemo and radiation treatments and next month he will have been clean and free of any cancer for 1 year!

We were refered to a clinic by my OB/GYN in Jan of this year. They found out that I had PCOS and a uterine septum. I have been on BCP and Metforim ever since...had the septum removed in March.

We are ready to start, in fact I go for my "trial transfer" this Wed.

I am scared and excited. We only have a certain amount of sperm so hopefully this will work!

Hi Michelle, and welcome to the site. Sorry to read about dh but it looks like things are definitely on the up for you.
