Nothing to report from me. Just waiting for a donor to be found so I can stop bc pills and start oestrogen patches. I imagine this won't be for a couple of weeks yet. How do you make the days pass more quickly? Any suggestions?

IM clinic emailed today. They have found me a donor! I stop bc pills on 1st June. Can't believe it is so soon. Got to get my head around it all. It's getting closer. Sorry to rant on , trying not to get too excited

i am sooooooooooooo excited for you...you have had a tough time but you are now on your way....woo-hooo
i did my hcg inj last night...i have 2 mature follies and 2 small ones...i do hope i can get 2 eggs and embies like last time...fingers crossed eh!... i am trying to be relaxed but am so uptight...''what if's '' nothing happens...no eggs ...no embies are cursing through my head...i keep shouting STOP and am doing deep breathing to help...it's kinda working. adam is due home to night and has managed to get 5 days off ffrom work so he is not going back until Monday night...
i had EC yesterday but due to staff shortages a 9.30 appoinment turned into a 1pm one...a waiting nightmare eh!!!!! anyway i got 2 eggs but only 1 has fertilised.. feel really sad but i am looking forward to getting the survivor put back tommorrow...fingers x x the little fighter will be multiplying and growing as we speak...will catch you all on Monday after a couple of days bed rest
Hi - I've also had an issue getting my follicles to grow. For the longest time they were about 11mm and my estrogen about 200. was about to cencel cycle but upped my dose of gonal f to 150 and my estrogen has been climbing since - 800, then 1030. doctor was very encouraged and hoped to see mature follicles start to appear, but depite all this estrogen my follices haven't grown - about 3 on each side -the b iggest is 12. Been stimming for 3 weeks now. Anyone had the same or any ideas???

Sorry to see your news. I'm afraid I don't think I can help you with your question. My dr only let me stimm for 10 days and my oestrogen was so low they cancelled my cycle. Reading posts on the forum it is clear that drs have different views and everyone responds differently to the meds. How big does your dr want the follies to be before they will go for EC?
I'm sure someone here will read your post and be able to offer some advice. Good luck with your tmt

hi anna - thanks for your reply. Yes - i gues doctors all have different views - it's all very confusing. I spend half my time on google trying to figure it all out for myself! he wants my follicles to be at least 18. I just find it so bizarre that they haven;t grwon despite the estrogen - i keep thinking the nurses mustn't be looking properly (wishful thinking!). Sorry to hera about your cancelled cycle and thanks for your well wishes.

Jackie, you sound full of PMA and very relaxed! Enjoy your vacation. I too am on holiday this week. It's great not to be at work. Am planning lots of time with friends and family. The weather is looking up, at last!!

I have had 1 fat 6 celled embie transfered after 2 days in test tube..he is a biggy for his age, hope that means he has lots of strength to embed and fight on thru my 2ww
i have had 3 days in bed with adam being good and looking after me, he is now back in Forres ( 300 miles away) and i won't see him until i travel up at the weekend. I am very tired so am enjoying lazing about. Like last 2ww in Nov i am totally nauseus with the progesterone pesssaries yeuk!!! yeuk yeuk!!! Last time it went by the end of 2nd week and had a BFN so hope it continues for the nest 10 weeks and a BFP
Love to you all...i will post personals when i feel less sicky...
Jackie, I am so jealous of your weather. The sun is trying to shine here but failing miserably! Not that it is stopping me enjoy my holiday. Hoping AF behaves and arrives as planned. Am doing a jig for you!

As for me..... I took my last bc pill this morning. Now waiting for Af. I will then use oestrogen patches to prepare my lining, then it's back to Barcelona for ET. Trying not to get too excited! Am off to the gym today and meeting friends for lunch, just wishing the days away!!!
