I am hoping to hear from those of you who are pg with some embies that didn't look so great at ET. Lots of fragmentation, etc?
I had one that looked good, but I am holding out hope for the others as well. Please share your successes!!!
I had my ER on Wed and it didn't go as well as I had hoped. They said they let me stim a little too long so I lost "some" eggs. They ended up getting only 4 and only 3 of them were good. The good news is that all 3 fertilized and they transferred all 3 on Sat morning. My Dr. grades them as good, fair and poor. I had one 8-cell good, 1 6-cell fair and 1 5-cell poor with 40% fragmentation. So not great quality embies overall, but I'm remaining hopeful.
I am praying that at least one of those embies will settle in stay for the next nine months.
Don't despair. You're doing fine. A day 3 8-cell is perfect.
I saw a fascinating video of an embryo growing from 2pn stage (day after fertilization) all the way through hatching on day 6. This embryo was severely fragmented on day 3, but turned into a perfect blastocyst by day 6. So the prediction of which will succeed or fail is far from perfect.
im in the same boat as you, had my transfer 2day with my last to frosties, he dais they looked good but they were not high quality. he said last month a lady got a bfp with very poor embryos so dont give up

Good luck with that transfer. Some clinics do better with frozen than with fresh.
