Help!! No symptoms anymore!

Post by ~*Empty-Belly*~ »

Hi girls

I got a BFP on 31st May and were over the moon. I had OHSS but didn't end up in hospital and I had all the usual symptoms of sore boobs, ligament - stretching pains, bloated, discharge, tiredness, and was very sick for 3 days and now it's all gone.

I went for an HcG test on Thursday which was 512 and then on Friday it had gone up to 836 which gave me some comfort. I had a bit of spotting/pinkish discharge for a few days which has gone now. Possibly implantation bleeding but I had that during my 2ww.

Has anyone else had PG symptoms and then it completely dissappear a few days later?

My doc scanned me on Fri (4wks 2d) to see if she could see where my spotting was coming from and tried to look in the uterus for a sac or 2 but there was nothing. I looked on the link on Fertility Friends of scan pics and at 4wks there's usually a small sac at least.

Now I'm going out of my mind. I'm having another HcG done tomorrow but I feel that this pregnancy is over before it's begun :(

Help :?

4 weeks is very early. If your doc suspects ectopic, take it very seriously. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait for more info.

I had a few days with no symptoms at all about 1-2 weeks after BFP, before they came back with a vengeance!

Thanks Denise and MLG

I had my beta levels done yesterday and they've gone up from 836 to 2973 which is more than trebled in 72 hours but still no symptoms :?

I really hope they do kick in soon just so I know things are heading the right way.

Scan next Wed  Such a long time to wait when you feel so stressed.

Hey there,
Your HCG levels look great! Try not to worry (yeah right!), I didn't have any symptoms until around week 7 -8 and clinic said this was totally fine. In addition the earliest they are prepared to scan is from 6.5 weeks onwards for reliable information, so although the waiting must be really hard, hang in there and take lots of comfort from your blood hormone levels, looks like everything is working hard and just like it should be  Congratulations on the pregnancy! Am sure everything is going to be kei te pai these first few weeks are hellish for the worry and waiting, just when you think it was always going to be this amazing joy and releif! Crazy isnt it. Try and keep your feet up if you are worried about the spotting and take it easy.

Good luck

your inital symptoms were from the ohss and transfer etc. when i got my bfp i thought ahh yes, i am bloated and FEEL pregnant. however, i dont think the bfp had anything to do with it as i NOW FEEL it and didnt really early on. in fact i was feeling hot during last week of 2ww and first week of bfp, then that diasappeared which i thought was a bad sign. turned out not to be.

do watch out for ectopic, but your scans have been very early. try to relax and take it easy!
