Hi Hayley!

I think it is pretty normal, many of the pregnant ladies here say that they still get periods type cramps every month!

Wishing you the best!

Take care

Yes! In fact many people with whom I've spoken had AF cramps right before they found out they were pregnant---both through IVF and on their own. I had some cramps after Transfer and then toward the end of my second week. I test Monday 6/12 and have had cramps on and off for the past 3-5 days. Some feel like AF, some feel like pulled muscles near my ovaries. A few in fact made me double over. These are way too late for implantation cramps so it worried me but I did break down and buy a HPT today, took the test and it shows I'm PREGNANT. Of course I'll feel a lot better after my Beta on Monday but it certainly eased my mind about the cramps indicating AF. When is your beta?

Thanks for the kind words!!! :D I'm excited but still afraid the double lines on the HPT may just be a result of all the medicine. At this point I realize cramps, no cramps, back pain, fatigue, etc---no two people are alike. Some may experience all of these symptoms, some may experience none but I guess the challenge is just not reading into any of these symptoms until the test.

Good luck to all and I'll keep you posted on the Big test Monday!

Kerri...my test date buddy...that's great news!!! Sounding really good up to now. Can't wait for your update on Monday!

I've had nothing major but all sorts of little twinges, aches and pains I'm sure I've never had before. So, like you say, nothing you can do but to sit it out and wait. I decided not to test early so I haven't got a HPT at home. Keep you posted.

All the best, Hayley, keep yourself busy and the time will go faster. :)

Hey Ladies,

I am one week from my BFP which I received last Friday. About two days after my ET, I was crampy for about two days and then it stopped. I was pretty sure that I was not feeling pregnant. Several days before my test I really felt like AF was on her way..... lo and behold, I am pregnant! I am now officially 5w3d. The cramps come and go, pretty mild. . . and I feel incredibly bloated, except I know now that I'm pregnant and feel such!!

good luck!!!

I had cramps which were EXACTLY like AF on its way, started a few days before AF was due. I was convinced AF was on its way until 2 days late! I never believed it could feel exactly like AF pain but it did.
so don't give up yet!

Hayley

My test buddy, i completely understand what you feel, everynight in bed i tell my DH " thats its AF is here" and i run to the restroom to check but nothing there. I guess its like everyone says same feelings as AF.....

one more week to go, i truly hope this passes by quckly for the both of us.

I hope you are holding on have you done a HPT yet? my husband is pushing me to do one everyday, but i keep on telling him we are going to get a false positive because it has been only 5dp3dt.

Do any of you ladies know when the HCG trigger shot leaves your body, just to determine when to do a HPT.

Best wishes,
vita

Hello
this is what I found last week.. The problem I found is I did not know what dose I had.. I waited till the 14th morning...

I will attach the link but here is what it say

LOVE AND HUGS AND BABY DUST
:D :D :D :D :D

If you had an hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) shot and want to take a home pregnancy test, you must keep this in mind. Approximately one half of drug is removed each 28 hours and so for accurate results you should wait at least 12 days and preferably 14 days from an hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) injection to be confident that a qualitative test is giving a reliable answer. If you test too soon after an hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) shot, you might get a false positive. Most doctors recommend that you wait 14 days after a 10,000 IU injection, 10 days after a 5,000 IU injection, or 7 days after a 2,500 IU injection.

Hi ladies, thankyou for all your support, if af is good enough for all you ladies who got a bfp's, than its good enough for me. i did cheat yesterday on day 5 and do the dreaded hpt, "twice" but it was negitive. im not too disheartend cause i really do belive it might be a bit too early. so i am clinging on to some hope thats left. i wasnt going to mention it to you ladies cause i though you would all think i was stupid testing so early.

did anyone do a hpt and get a negive before they got a positive?

still praying for thar bfp.
congatulations to all the bfp's
