Hi girls,

Just a quick one to stick us back up the top again....

Had a sneak peak at my follicles at work on saturday and the clomid has done its job - I have three bigguns on my left ovary which should be the one to go this month. I spent the day walking around singing "Go ovaries Go" to the tune of the Nicorette add. DH thinks I'm crazy!!

So BT tomorrow and then perhaps will have a better idea when the IUI will be.

Go the Wallabies! And the Socceroos !

good, better, great luck to you Em - plenty of PMA ok?

I'm sending nothing but happy, positive baby vibes your way!

Have been working on my PMA after our cancelled cycle, and I'm all psyched up to start down regging next Monday. I can't thank everyone enough for your supportive words - it really does help, so thanks! And you were right Tiger, knowing you were dancing away in the UK certainly did make me chuckle!

Congrats on the decision to adopt MissMolly - there is one very lucky baby out there just waiting to be your precious chosen bubba.

Quick question, does anyone know what effect down regging will have on AF? when I started the Synarel last time AF virtually stopped, so will AF be a 'blink and you'll miss it' affair this time?

Loads of baby dust to us all :!:

H guys,

Hope all are well and celebrating our Soceroos victory in round one of the World Cup finals, we did sooo well to get to this point hey?

We've had a big week. I ended up with that awful gastro bug that seems to be doing the rounds of late and after a horrid day last week of vomitting and diahrear (spelling??) ended up in hospital on a drip. Not much fun I have to say but felt loads better in the morning. Annie was a bit of sorts, was the first morning she's woken up to no mum in the house so she was a tad nervous about that and much relieved to see me when her and johnie arrived in the hospital later that morning. I'm feeling laods better though, was just a pregnancy precaution really, they hate the thought of you dehydrating when your pregnant, so better not to take the risk I guess. Bubby is doing well though, moving around a lot, kicking etc, so generally I think she's a happy and active little thing!! Annie is doing well, she's 19 months now, she'll be 21 months when her little sister arrives, god it all seems so close!!!

Suzanne, I think Synarel had the effect of delaying af (I remember getting damm impatient waiting around for her!!) and then shortening it once it arrived..Good luck with this cycle!!!

Em, yay!!, you have a date for iui, that's fab!!..will keep everything crossed for you!!

Tiger, don't know that Paul Kelly song, but konw that his voice is so haunting and beautiful, would make me melancholy as well. I really liked "London still" by the Waifs when I was in the UK (and now)..a fab song..do you know it??

Gotta run and display a passing interest in the state of origin with Johnie..Go the Blues!!

Hi fellow Aussies....Oi oi oi!

Wow - there is so much action here. Em - June 28 is not far at all. how exciting! I will keep everything crossed for you.
Suzanne - you're just around the corner too! Maybe the Aussie success at the World Cup will be like another baby boom - there might be lots of babies born 9 months from now in celebration of the Socceroos :-)

Bel - so sorry about your yukky bout of gastro. That's awful. I can't remember - are you working at the moment? I wish I wasn't working....they even wanted me to travel to Manila for work, but I said no. I can't wait to be off.

Hope you are well Tiger....

My test date has been pushed out til 30th June as I had to have a repeat IUI today after the public holiday stuffed up my days. Too tired to care much at the moment anyway.

So offically on the 2ww. Trying not to think of it and carrying on as normal.

Hope you're all well and just need to say what a crappy game the blues played last night!

Hiya,

Em, you say Blues played crap, I say North is already down stuck in a huge poo heap. Doesn't help when your team don't play well on weekend ay. Good luck with your test on 30th June. I have my fingers and toes all crossed for you.

Bella, I am OK. Sometimes I sound pathetic don't I!!Oh, did you find out girl or boy? tell tell!! BTW I can't belive your work wanted you to fly... that is definitely out of a question!

Belinda mate, you poor thing. You are still working? when do you finish? I can't believe Annie's little sis is arriving in 2 months time, that is so quick!

Suzanne, I didn't get my AF back for 67 or 76 days - can't remeber which but it was hell of a long time. I basically failed down-reg so they didn't allow me to start on stims; it was awful. For my next attempt they will no doubt increase my dosage on syneral or I might even have to go straight to injectables (Bella, I think you had to do this?) so that I will acheive successful down-reg. All bit of a nuisance  .

Have a great start to the week everyone. Cheers, Tiger

PS Em, when you said Blues, did you mean Ruby State of Origin, not AFL Carlton???

PPS Hugely dissapointed with tonight's soccer match. I am sure Socceroos will keep their chin up and win against Croatia. YES!!

Hi Tiger,

Oh, State of Origin. I'm really a rugger girl (too many years in the UK for the other codes, plus DH is the BIGGEST All-black fan so have to watch every game!) The AFL is all a bit foreign to me. Am NSW supporter BTW as I was born south of the border.

As for the soccer - I'm not a huge fan but my patriotic nature got me out of bed at 2am this morning to watch. I thought they played well....just the same as the Brazillians.

Hi me again,

my left ovary has been giving me pains last couple days and I am feeling bit down about it. Usually it goes away when it comes but this pain is sticking around far too long for my liking (and I am spotting too.......). I wonder if I need another lap before I go back on tmt next year? I think I am gonna have to re-visit the endo site again too  crap.

Tiger - I share your sentiments!!! We are eating pasta for dinner tonight, which I'm not sure is a good or bad omen, but c'mon Aussies!!! Anything from now is a bonus, but gee it would be good to beat Italy....

How is the pain going, Tiger?

Bella.
